ITG Communications, LLC expands national presence in cable and telecommunications construction with acquisition of Infinite Communications
Fort Lauderdale, FL, February 3, 2024 – ITG Communications, LLC, a national provider of fulfillment, construction and project management services to the cable and telecommunications industries, is pleased to announce it has acquired Infinite Communications, a leading construction and engineering company operating in the Southeast, U.S. This acquisition broadens ITG’s customer offering to include the design and engineering of advanced network architectures and expands the Company’s customer base.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, Infinite serves 25+ cable and telecommunication providers across 31 locations with a workforce of 800.
