ITG Communications, LLC expands West Division presence with acquisition of Spectra Broadband
Fort Lauderdale, FL, March 31, 2024 – ITG Communications, LLC, a national provider of fulfillment, construction and project management services to the cable and telecommunications industries, is pleased to announce it has acquired Spectra Broadband, a leading Fulfillment and Construction company operating in the Northwest, U.S. This acquisition broadens ITG’s customer footprint to new areas of work, adding eleven (11) new locations of geographic presence.
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Ogden, UT, Spectra Broadband operates in over 14 locations across the Western states supporting Comcast West Division, bringing their team with a workforce over 750.
