PETER GIACALONE

Co-Founder & Chairman

Mr. Peter Giacalone is the Co-Founder and Chairman of ITG Communications and is responsible for the overall strategic vision of the Company. Previously, Mr. Giacalone served as Executive Chairman of NASDAQ-traded UniTek Global Services, Inc. from January 2010 to January 2012 and as President from July 2008 to January 2010. Mr. Giacalone has significant experience in finance, business development, acquisitions and integration. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of NASDAQ, and TSX traded 180 Connect Inc. from March 2005 to August 2008, when it was sold to DIRECTV. Prior to March 2005, he served as Executive Vice President for Customer Satisfaction at DIRECTV Inc. and was responsible for all of DIRECTV's operations relating to home services, call center, and supply-chain operations. From March 1997 to December 2003, he served as Vice President of Finance for The News Corporation Limited. He holds his MBA and BA from Adelphi University.

MICHAEL BROOKS

Co-Founder & CEO

Mr. Michael Brooks is the Co-Founder and CEO of ITG Communications and is responsible for the daily operations of the Company. Prior to founding ITG, Mr. Brooks served as President of FTS USA, a division of UniTek Global Services, from January 2008 to February 2013 and was responsible for building it into a national cable fulfillment and construction service provider with $120 million in revenue. Mr. Brooks has a 20-year history in the Cable industry, starting his career as an installer and progressively working his way into senior management positions. He ultimately founded and built Helm CATV Services, a company he owned and operated until it was sold to UniTek Global Services in 2008.

CHRISTOPHER PERKINS

Co-Founder & Partner

Mr. Christopher Perkins is the Co-Founder and Partner of ITG Communications and is responsible for launching and integrating the Company’s new fulfillment and construction operations. Prior to ITG, Mr. Perkins served as CEO of FTS USA, a division of UniTek Global Services, from July 2006 to September 2013 and was responsible for building it into a national cable fulfillment and construction service provider with $120 million in revenue. Mr. Perkins founded FTS in 2005 and sold it to UniTek in 2006. Mr. Perkins has a 30-year history in the Cable industry, starting his career as an installer and progressively working his way into senior management positions at General Fiber Communications and LB&L Cable.

TROY MCCLENDON

Partner, CRO

Mr. Troy McClendon is a partner in ITG Communications, Inc. and is responsible for Strategy and Business Development, where he brings over 20 years of management and sales experience. Prior to ITG, Mr. McClendon was the founder and President of EGIS Systems, LLC, a Compliance and Managed IT Security Services Company. From 1996 to 2009, Mr. McClendon served as co-founder and President of Everest Technologies, a consulting company that was an early adopter of the important role IT security was going to play in protecting companies’ assets. Since 1996, Mr. McClendon has owned and strategically led service-based companies, successfully growing revenue and profitability. In 2013, Mr. McClendon sold EGIS Systems, LLC, known today as Fortified Health Solutions, to a nationally recognized Healthcare based consulting company.

GUILHERME ELIAS

Partner, President

Mr. Guilherme Elias is the President of ITG Communications. An accomplished executive in the Cable Industry with over 20 years of cable experience, Mr. Elias has helped drive expansion and has consistently increased the market share of the companies he has partnered with. In partnership with the executive management team, Mr. Elias has defined and executed ITG’s strategy while directing management operations. He joined ITG in October of 2014 and initially led the Company’s growth in the Florida market. Progressively, he led the expansion to other regions of the country, making ITG a key national business partner to the cable industry. Prior to ITG, Mr. Elias held a number of increasingly responsible roles in executive positions in the cable industry, having started in 2003 as a cable technician and progressively working his way up to partner at ITG. With a sharp vision for success, Mr. Elias designs and delivers end-to-end solutions in support of the continuous improvement of customer service and products. He believes in focusing on what is important, trusting that success is a consequence of discipline and focus. Take care of your people, focus on the customer, and act on what is important.

JERRY TAYLOR

Partner, CTO

Mr. Jerry Taylor is the Chief Technology Officer of ITG Communications LLC and is responsible for daily operations, training, and technology development as well as the overall IT infrastructure of the Company. Prior to joining ITG, Mr. Taylor served as Vice President of Operations of FTS USA, a division of UniTek Global Services, from October 2010 to September 2014, where he had previously served as Senior Director of Operations from 2008. Prior to FTS USA, Mr. Taylor served as Vice President of Operations of Helm CATV Services from 2004 to 2008, managing the company’s aggressive growth while successfully implementing technology, centralized call center, and billing solutions. He has over 16 years in the cable industry starting his career as a technician and working his way into senior management.

JOEL RIVAS

CFO

Mr. Joel Rivas is the Chief Financial Officer of ITG Communications LLC and is responsible for leading the Finance organization with an emphasis on strong internal controls and process improvement. Joel has an established record of success in significant, profitable growth environments and brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the financial aspects of both public and privately held companies. Most recently, Joel was a founding principal of Principio Global Solutions, a financial consulting firm focused on business solutions, financial processes, and strategic growth. Prior to that, Joel helped lead the financial operations of Clear Cell Management, UniTek Global Services, and 180 Connect. Joel has proven success in building and scaling companies to billion-dollar enterprises as a result of his operational excellence and unwavering passion for leadership. Joel is based in our Ft. Lauderdale, FL office.

MICHAEL DIERKING

COO - Fulfillment

Mr. Michael Dierking is the COO of Fulfillment for ITG Communications, a pivotal role in which he oversees ITG's fulfillment operations across all markets, steering both immediate and long-term company objectives. His journey with ITG began when he transitioned from Long Island, NY, to Melbourne, Florida, in 1999. Starting as a field technician (#WeStartedAsTechs), he climbed the ranks, playing a key role in business expansion across various markets. Michael became an integral part of ITG following an acquisition of AEON, Inc. in 2021. A seasoned professional with over 25 years in the service industry, Mr. Dierking’s commitment is unwavering when it comes to delivering exceptional service and surpassing client expectations. His leadership style embodies guidance, mentorship, and the cultivation of robust teams. Outside the professional realm, he cherishes time with his family, traveling adventures, and rooting for his favorite basketball team, the Miami Heat.

KEVIN KILLETS

COO - Construction

Mr. Kevin Killets is the COO of Construction for ITG Communications. With 38 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Killet’s role is vital in managing the daily operations of the company's Construction Division. His journey from starting as a cable installer at Viacom in 1983 to his current position is a testament to his expertise, leadership, and dedication to cable and telecommunications construction. He has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and skills in the industry and, in 2002, started work for Broadband Technical Resources as VP of operations and partner. in 2019 ITG Communication LLC acquired BTR, and Mr. Killets became an integral part of ITG’s executive team.

DANIELLE ELIAS

Chief Human Resources Officer

Mrs. Danielle Elias is the Chief Human Resources Officer of ITG Communications. With a legal background and over 20 years of Human Resources experience, she has global experience in organizations of various industries and sizes. Her focus on employee culture and excellence plays a critical role in shaping ITG’s talent strategy, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and navigating challenges. Her experience in developing people practices, along with expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, supports ITG’s growth strategies, focusing on our workforce to be the employer of choice by attracting and retaining talent.

Danielle joined ITG in 2023 and works closely with senior management to develop human resources strategies designed to meet employee needs while aligning with the company’s goals and mission. They are instrumental in driving the company's success through its most valuable asset: its people.
