MICHAEL BROOKS

Co-Founder & Executive Chairman

Michael Brooks is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of ITG. In this role, he works closely with the company’s leadership team to support long-term strategy, growth initiatives, and overall corporate direction. As Co-Founder, Michael led ITG’s development into a national provider of communications infrastructure services, building the company’s foundation across engineering, construction, and operations.

Prior to founding ITG, Michael served as President of FTS USA, a division of UniTek Global Services, from January 2008 to February 2013, where he was responsible for growing the business into a national cable fulfillment and construction service provider with $120 million in revenue. He has more than 28 years of experience in the broadband industry, beginning his career as an installer and progressing into senior leadership roles. Earlier in his career, Michael founded and built Helm CATV Services, which was later acquired by UniTek Global Services in 2008.

ANDY PARROTT

Chief Executive Officer

Andy Parrott is the Chief Executive Officer of ITG and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and overseeing execution across all aspects of the business. Andy brings more than 30 years of experience in the broadband and telecommunications industry, with a background spanning engineering, operations, and executive leadership.

He has held senior leadership roles at Charter Communications, Suddenlink Communications, and Altice USA. Most recently, Andy served as Chief Executive Officer of Vyve Broadband and Mega Broadband Investments, where he led the organization through a period of growth and operational transformation. Andy is known for building strong teams and driving consistent execution, with a focus on delivering reliable infrastructure and long-term value for customers and partners.

CHRIS MECRAY

Chief Financial Officer

Chris Mecray is the Chief Financial Officer of ITG and is responsible for leading the finance organization, including financial strategy, reporting, and capital markets activities. Chris brings more than 30 years of experience across capital markets and corporate finance, including roles on Wall Street and at BlackRock, where he managed investments across industrial and infrastructure sectors.

Most recently, Chris served at MasTec, where he gained direct experience in engineering and infrastructure deployment. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles across investor relations, treasury, and corporate strategy, and has guided organizations through periods of growth, transition, and restructuring. Chris is focused on building disciplined financial processes that support scalable growth and long-term performance.

PETER GIACALONE

Co-Founder

Peter Giacalone is the Co-Founder and former Chairman of ITG. Previously, Peter served as Executive Chairman of NASDAQ-traded UniTek Global Services, Inc. from January 2010 to January 2012 and as President from July 2008 to January 2010. Peter has significant experience in finance, business development, acquisitions and integration.

He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of NASDAQ, and TSX traded 180 Connect Inc. from March 2005 to August 2008, when it was sold to DIRECTV. Prior to March 2005, he served as Executive Vice President for Customer Satisfaction at DIRECTV Inc. and was responsible for all of DIRECTV's operations relating to home services, call center, and supply-chain operations. From March 1997 to December 2003, he served as Vice President of Finance for The News Corporation Limited. He holds his MBA and BA from Adelphi University.

GUILHERME ELIAS

President

Guilherme Elias is the President of ITG. An accomplished executive in the broadband industry with over 20 years of experience, Elias has helped drive expansion and has consistently increased the market share of the companies he has partnered with.

In partnership with the executive management team, Elias has defined and executed ITG’s strategy while directing management operations. He joined ITG in October of 2014 and initially led the company’s growth in the Florida market. Progressively, he led the expansion to other regions of the country, making ITG a key national business partner to the broadband industry. Prior to ITG, Elias held a number of increasingly responsible roles within the telecommunications industry, beginning his career in 2003 as a cable technician and steadily advancing into executive positions.

With a disciplined approach to leadership, Elias focuses on delivering end-to-end solutions that strengthen customer service, operational execution, and long-term growth. He believes that lasting success is built through focus, accountability, and consistency. His leadership philosophy is simple: invest in people, stay close to the customer, and concentrate on what matters most.

CHRISTOPHER PERKINS

Co-Founder

Christopher Perkins is the Co-Founder of ITG and is responsible for launching and integrating the company’s fulfillment and construction operations.

Prior to ITG, Chris served as CEO of FTS USA, a division of UniTek Global Services, from July 2006 to September 2013 and was responsible for building it into a national cable fulfillment and construction service provider with $120 million in revenue. Chris founded FTS in 2005 and sold it to UniTek in 2006. Chris has a 30-year history in the broadband industry, starting his career as an installer and progressively working his way into senior management positions at General Fiber Communications and LB&L Cable.

TROY MCCLENDON

Chief Revenue Officer

Troy McClendon is the CRO of ITG, and is responsible for strategy and business development, where he brings over 20 years of management and sales experience. Prior to ITG, Troy was the Founder and President of EGIS Systems, LLC, a Compliance and Managed IT Security Services Company.

From 1996 to 2009, Troy served as Co-Founder and President of Everest Technologies, a consulting company that was an early adopter of the important role IT security plays in protecting company assets. Since 1996, Troy has owned and strategically led service-based companies, successfully growing revenue and profitability. In 2013, Troy sold EGIS Systems, LLC, known today as Fortified Health Solutions, to a nationally recognized healthcare-based consulting company.

JERRY TAYLOR

Chief Technology Officer

Jerry Taylor is the Chief Technology Officer of ITG and is responsible for daily operations, training, and technology development, as well as, the overall IT infrastructure of the company.

Prior to joining ITG, Jerry served as Vice President of Operations of FTS USA, a division of UniTek Global Services, from October 2010 to September 2014, where he had previously served as Senior Director of Operations from 2008. Prior to FTS USA, Jerry served as Vice President of Operations of Helm CATV Services from 2004 to 2008, managing the company’s aggressive growth while successfully implementing technology, a centralized call center, and billing solutions. He has over 16 years in the broadband industry starting his career as a technician and working his way into senior management.

KEVIN KILLETS

Chief Operating Officer, Construction

Kevin Killets is the COO of Construction for ITG. With 38 years of experience in the broadband and telecommunications industry, Kevin’s role is vital in managing the daily operations of the company's infrastructure deployment division.

His journey from starting as a cable installer at Viacom in 1983 to his current position is a testament to his expertise, leadership, and dedication to broadband and telecommunications infrastructure deployment. He has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and skills in the industry and, in 2002 became Partner and Vice President of Operations for Broadband Technical Resources (BTR). In 2019, ITG acquired BTR, and Kevin became an integral part of ITG’s executive team.

DANIELLE ELIAS

Chief Human Resources Officer

Danielle Elias is the Chief Human Resources Officer of ITG . With a legal background and over 20 years of Human Resources experience, she has global experience in organizations of various industries and sizes. Her focus on employee culture and excellence plays a critical role in shaping ITG’s talent strategy, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and navigating challenges. Her experience in talent strategy and organizational development, along with her expertise in mergers and acquisitions, supports ITG’s growth strategy by helping position the company as an employer of choice focused on attracting and retaining talent.

Danielle joined ITG in 2023 and works closely with senior management to develop human resources strategies designed to meet employee needs while aligning with the company’s goals and mission, driving success through its most valuable asset, its people.

JOEL RIVAS

Chief Administrative Officer, Finance

Joel Rivas is the Chief Administrative Officer, Finance of ITG and is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, internal controls, and administrative processes, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalable performance. Joel brings more than 30 years of experience across both public and privately held companies and has an established record of success in high-growth environments. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of ITG, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial foundation and supporting its expansion.

Prior to joining ITG, Joel was a founding principal of Principio Global Solutions, a financial consulting firm focused on business solutions, financial processes, and strategic growth. Earlier in his career, he helped lead the financial operations of Clear Cell Management, UniTek Global Services, and 180 Connect. Joel has a proven track record of building and scaling organizations, supported by his operational discipline and commitment to leadership.
