Training

  • Comprehensive six-week Technician Training for new installers

  • CATV and Ladder Certifications

  • A growing library of LMS courses covering Safety, Troubleshooting, Soft Skills, Management, and Leadership

  • FUSE Tracking System to record and monitor training completion

Our National Safety Team conducts:

  • Job Site, Facility, and Truck Inspections

  • Ladder and Equipment Audits

  • Meter and Tool Certification Reviews

Weekly safety meetings and ongoing training certifications reinforce a unified message across all departments, empowering every employee to take ownership of safety on and off the job site.

With GPS tracking and drive cameras in all company-owned vehicles (COVs) and major assets, we maintain transparency and accountability — ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other federal and state regulations.

Driver Safety Programs

We recognize that distracted driving is a growing concern for drivers everywhere — and we take that seriously. ITG’s Driver Safety Program combines technology, training, and accountability to protect our employees, customers, and communities.

We utilize drive cameras to monitor, score, reward, and continuously improve driving behavior. Every driver participates in certification programs and receives ongoing performance feedback to promote safe, responsible habits behind the wheel.

These efforts — combined with fully sponsored CDL certification, DOT medical cards, and real-time GPS monitoring — make safety not just a policy, but a practice we live by every day.
