ITG Communications Expands Damage Prevention Operations with Acquisition of Centerline Utility Services
Fort Lauderdale, FL – April 2026 — ITG Communications has acquired Centerline Utility Services, a utility locating company with approximately 100 employees operating across Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. The acquisition expands ITG’s damage prevention operations in the Northeast and adds regional capacity to support utility and infrastructure programs.
Centerline provides underground utility locating services for Dig Safe requests on behalf of major utilities, as well as private locating for engineering firms, industrial facilities, and residential projects across New England.
With this acquisition, Centerline’s operations and workforce are incorporated into ITG’s Damage Prevention division, increasing the company’s ability to deliver locating services across multiple states while maintaining consistent local execution.
