ITG Communications Announces Executive Leadership Team Transitions
Fort Lauderdale, Fla., April 16, 2026 — ITG Communications today announced the appointment of digital infrastructure veteran, Andy Parrott as Chief Executive Officer. Parrott will report to Mike Brooks, co-founder and former CEO, who has transitioned to Executive Chairman. The company also announced that Chris Mecray has joined as Chief Financial Officer.

Biographical Information
Andy Parrott brings more than 30 years of experience in the broadband and telecommunications industry, with a career that spans engineering, operations, and executive leadership. He has held leadership roles at Charter Communications, Suddenlink Communications, and Altice USA, and served as Chief Executive Officer of Vyve Broadband and Mega Broadband Investments, where he led the organization through a period of growth and operational transformation.
Chris Mecray brings more than 30 years of experience across capital markets and corporate finance. His background includes roles on Wall Street, at BlackRock, and at MasTec, where he gained experience in engineering and construction markets.
Mike Brooks is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of ITG Communications. Since 2013, he led the company’s growth into a national provider of communications infrastructure services. Under his leadership, ITG expanded its capabilities across engineering, construction, and operations, building a strong foundation for continued growth. Prior to ITG, he was President of FTS USA, a division of UniTek Global Services, and founder of Helm CATV Services.
